What You’ll Need:
2 c gluten free rolled oats
8 tsp chia seeds
8 Tbsp hemp hearts
8 tsp honey, local to your area
3 c unsweetened dairy free milk of choice
2 bananas, sliced
8 Tbsp unsweetened coconut shreds
2 c mango chunks
Divide ingredients equally into (4) separate glass containers/jars for easy grab and go throughout the week OR combine all ingredients in one large bowl.
Pop into the fridge, covered. Let sit overnight.
Enjoy cold, or reheat in the microwave before diving in.
Store in the fridge for up to 5 days!
