Apple Nachos

vegetarian | gluten free | egg free

What You’ll Need:

4 apples, cored & sliced thin


For the drizzle:

8 Tbsp natural almond butter, no sugar added

2 Tbsp coconut oil

2 Tbsp mini dark chocolate chips


Combine nut butter & coconut oil in a small bowl and microwave for 45 seconds. (Or heat on the stove top!) Stir to mix.

Top each apple with 2 ½ Tbsp nut butter drizzle over sliced apple.

Top with ½ Tbsp chocolate chips and be so, so happy!
