What You’ll Need:
12-14 oz package silken tofu
¼ c honey, local to your area
½ c cocoa powder
½ tsp pure vanilla extract
3 c fresh or frozen berries
Blend all ingredients in food processor or high speed blender until smooth. Portion into 3 dishes, or into one medium size bowl.
Top with fresh or frozen berries just before serving
