Free Self Care Resources During COVID-19 Outbreak

As businesses and schools across the country continue close to the public, it feels weird...it feels uncertain...scary...and like we are charting a completed unknown territory.

We're trying to figure out the balance of educating our children, working remotely without fear for lost income, protecting ourselves and our loved ones, and being socially responsible, all while maintaining a positive and optimistic outlook.

My grandmother, who will be 90 this spring said to me "I've just never seen anything like this."

It's a wild time, friends.

There are a lot of things we can focus on that will keep us down and disconnected right now -- but while we're home, let's do our best to focus on things that can bring us back together, fuel our minds, and the people around us.
