Eating Well in Pregnancy

During my pregnancy with ziggy, I popped Tums like candy, was far from regular ๐Ÿ’ฉ, and struggled with fatigue due to an iron deficiency.

My ankles looked liked sausages due to water retention & inflammation, I binge ate ice cream and tootsie rolls on the reg, and freaked out about every pound I gained.

It's no wonder I was super emotional, cranky and pretty miserable company for 9 months.

My biggest complaint this time around at this stage of the game is that I can barely get my shoes on independently ๐Ÿ‘Ÿ๐Ÿ˜‚

One big thing that has shifted for me between then and now: SELF CARE.

and said hellloooo ๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿผ to more plantsโ€” fresh fruits & veg, gluten free grains, proteins and fats. ๐Ÿฅฌ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿฅฆ๐Ÿฅ”๐Ÿ“๐Ÿ‡๐Ÿฅ•๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿณ๐Ÿฅœ๐Ÿฅ—๐ŸŒฎ๐Ÿฅ‘๐Ÿต๐ŸŒ๐Ÿ’ฆ
